Leadership of the Milton Keynes Term Service Contract team ensuring delivery of Highway Maintenance, Street Lighting Maintenance, Winter Maintenance, Annual Capital delivery programme including road safety and improvement schemes, resurfacing, footways, structures, signing and lining. • Budget responsibility for Circa £350m, overall contract value• Effective and efficient leadership of all direct and subcontractor resources including CDM compliance.• Manage and lead a multi disciplined team including, Contract, Commercial, Business, and operational Managers, Supervisors, designers and Programme Managers to ensuring all works achieve performance targets and high level of client satisfaction• Proactively engage in all NEC Contract Methods and processes in a collaborative approach• Ensure all operational teams perform in line with HSEI requirements, ensure productivity and quality targets• Ensure Business Unit teams provide accurate weekly costs and value using bespoke software• Schemes brief, design approval and development lead for all Term Service Contract disciplines.• Leadership of all Term Service direct and indirect staff to ensure a fully compliant, continuously improving service• Lead all teams to ensure client and commercial opportunities are achieved
