Been in hospitality for over 10 years now mainly with Pizza Express. Started as a waiter and worked my way up to General Manager. Been a GM for around 6 years and managed 6 different sites. Proudest moments achieving all my targets in my first full year and taking over a site after Covid and hiring a full team most of which are still there. Currently studying level 5 Interdepartmental manager and really enjoying studying and learning. In my free time I listen to podcasts and compete in trail running. Recently completed the 3 peaks challenge for minds mental health charity as a team we raised nearly £1,000 and had fun doing it. I camp and walk when I can, getting through the Wainwrights as and when time allows with my friend about 40 in out of 214. I have a young daughter and love family time, park trips, soft play and of course Miss Racheal (if you know you know)
