• Solution design, development and implementation.• Liaison with internal & external stakeholders on all aspects of the project cycle as appropriate via mediums such as presentations, meetings and email/calls.• System build documentation including; initial concepts, technical drawings, bills of material, testing & acceptance and operational handover.• Working knowledge of Health & Safety standards and on-site system installation/support when required.• Hands on installation experience during build phase.

* Trouble shooting & fault finding on a wide variety of broadcast systems including RF, IP & baseband systems.* Nimbra network operation & config including switches, source routing, error correction, service protection, multicast & unicast service operation.* Performance monitoring & stat reporting via Network reporting tools such as LibreNMS/Nimbra Vision & Element Manager.* Internal & external fault ticket creation with service providers, documenting updates via NEP’s preferred ServiceNow ticketing system.* Cross-departmental collaboration with other NEP teams & NEP umbrella businesses.* Volunteer spare time to assist with company initiatives such as being the representative for the department during Colleague Engagement Meetings. I help to steer the company on improving & understanding ideas for improvement & concerns. Act as a voice for department & feeding back information to my department.
