• Offer administrative support to the CEO, the further CVAA team and the wider membership to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.• Organise all aspects of all internal and external meetings (travel, accommodation, catering, producing materials, etc..) including quarterly board meetings and two large annual conferences and the charity’s AGM.• Responsible for managing and maintaining charity databases, filing systems, inboxes and calendars.• Lead the development and creation of a new website for the charity in 2019, from helping design the site to writing and populating the site with content.• Run and provide content for the CVAA Twitter account, manage the website with content updates and resolving any functionality issues and write digital performance reports for board meetings.• Act as the first point of engagement for members and for those external to the membership, providing customer support and answers to any queries they may have. • Provide content for and quality check, format and correctly reference papers ahead of meetings.• Minute meetings, update and be responsible for tracking the charity’s action log.• Proficient with all Microsoft Office platforms as well as Wordpress and similar CMS programmes.
