Current- Developing existing accounts through building relationships with customers. 16% increase in turnover from existing accounts with GP increase of 11%. (Figures based on first 12 months with the company).
- A minimum of 8 days out of each month spent meeting with customers and discussing their needs face to face.
- Ensuring customers are adequately stocked and aware of new product offerings.
- Presenting to potential new accounts through PowerPoint and product demonstrations. 24 new accounts created and maintained in my 12 months with the company.
- Ensuring that P+L Systems is the sole supplier by selling the features, benefits and advantages of our products
- Building trust with accounts through honesty and consistency in account management
