Dan joined EHS Recruiting Company in 2016 after a successful career in the hospitality business for over 30 years. Born and raised in New York he now calls the tropical west coast of Florida his home. Over his career, he spent time in the Northeast, Southeast, California, and Florida. Spending time with some of the best in the industry, Carrabba’s, Uno Chicago Grill, The Cheesecake Factory, and upstarts recently in sunny Sarasota. Dan has experience in the kitchen and the dining room making him a versatile leader. He worked his way up through the industry ranks from manager to kitchen manager, general manager, and then training GM. Spending time in low-volume and high-volume units was fulfilling for him from $ 25k to 365 k weekly all were exciting! Dan believes people are the key to this business. Coaching and teaching are in his DNA, as he was raised by parents who were educators.
