Throughout my 8 years working as a CNC technician, I have had hands-on experience utilizing and developing a wide variety of skills:• Documentation of machine builds (electrical schematics, mechanical specifications, and necessary software) to ensure the product and processes worked on consistently meet the desired specifications.• Advanced troubleshooting with both low and high voltage systems when machinery or components fail to perform as desired. Through utilization of schematics, multimeters, and an understanding of how to edit/setup macros as needed.• In-person and remote customer service; solving/answering the customer’s concerns, problems, and questions in a timely manner.• Creating various test files utilizing programs such as VCarve, Mozaik, and Rhino.•
