Due to a reorganization, the IT departments of the global IT were divided in new teams with new responsibilities. I was assigned to the new Business Critical Solution team. My new focus topic was to create a resiliency framework for the global IT. With this resiliency framework, the maturity level of business-critical IT systems could be identified and improvement activities could be planned.

From July 2014 to December 2015, I could perform the role IT Service Continuity Manager (IT Opportunity program in Roche). We (ITSCM Team) developed a global ITSCM framework & a global Disaster & Recovery test strategy. Several Disaster & Recovery Tests were performed. Additionally, I perfomed Business Continuity Analysis with business partners to identfify business crtitical systems in Roche.

Leading the global introduction of the new SAP HANA technology in the area of ​​hardware and operating system. I created corresponding technical & IT Service Management related processes, concepts and documentation.
