 Install and repair low voltage fire alarms, burglar alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Install various types of raceways and cable tray systems. Troubleshoot panels, cameras, controls, and devices. Perform routine maintenance on low voltage wiring and systems. Adhere to all quality and safety codes and uphold OSHA standards.

 Responsible for estimating the costs of planned construction projects in terms of labor, equipment, and materials required to win the bid. Handled extensive research, sourcing, and negotiating to obtain the best prices from vendors in order to obtain the best pricing for projects. Developed and maintained close relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure best pricing possible for projects. Used bid data to prepare reports and cost analysis for company. Worked directly with sales teams to create proposals, track the costs of projects, get information about customers to understand the scope of needs better, and proposing the final budgets.

 Responsible for handling measurements on the customers roofline for potential installation of Leafguard Gutter Systems. Created sketches of gutter placement and entered specifications before submitting information to the sales team. Worked in PowerPoint to create presentations and partnered with the sales team to assist in closing of negotiations with potential customers.

 Managed all security advisors within the branch and provided effective direction, leadership, and support to ensure strategic objectives, goals, action plans, and the standards of performance are met. Created blueprint for success that included updated sales and customer service techniques along with home analysis to ensure clients were given the best options for security system customizations. Ran cost benefit analysis and researched the impact of home security systems on client’s insurance premiums. Worked closely with installation team and clients to ensure all systems were put in place and that customer questions and concerns were answered promptly. Worked with both residential and commercial clients, including building a sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, networking, and other sales tactics.Key Accomplishments: 4x Defenders Superstar Qualifier- outperformed others and finished the year in the top 5% of the entire company of 800-1200 advisors. First in Memphis branch to qualify for Superstar. Promoted from Security Advisor to Security Manager in 2020.
