Successfully recruited, managed, and personally trained a team of 3 students for direct sales in 2016. I have over 300 hours of training through campus wide informational sessions that I personally set up and handled in Dunlap Success Center. Over the course of the summer 2016 , I relocated to Pittsburgh, PA and successfully ran my own business. In 2017 relocated to Knoxville, TN as the Assistant Organizational Leader, and I planned, lead and conducted weekly trainings to a sales force of 7 people for 14-week selling period. In 2018 relocated to Chilton, WI as an Organizational Leader overseen a sales force of 15 college students that collectively brought a Gross Profit of $114,848 for a 14-week selling Period. Business marketing, accounting, and sales were all done without overhead supervision. Internship that required me to relocate to Iowa to establish a business providing educational products. Sales were done door to door throughout the community. Worked 80/hours a week and learned to have a goal focused mindset, positive mental attitude, and teamwork effectiveness. Communicated with over 3000 prospects from varying socioeconomic backgrounds.
