My passion is people. I enjoy great teamwork especially when we work towards a joint goal. When you treat people right you can get them to do almost anything. Helping and seeing people develop skill sets that would improve their ability to do their work better, is what makes me tick.My challenge to myself is about finding innovative ways to educate or train people to make better choices and to adopt safer practices, whether it be at work or in their private capacity.Tell me that "it can't be done" and I will find ways to make it happen! I may not always succeed, but at least I know I have done my best to find a solution.In my spare time I fly radio control planes at our local model flying club. I am also the instructor for new pilots.
