Commercial lead for Strategic Bids in the Banking, Financial Services, Retail and Insurance Sectors. - Delivery of over 1000 pricing strategies for over £500m of revenues.- Personal management of an average of >£100m of bids each year- Conception and delivery of projects leading to £1m p.a revenue uplifts- Management of 3 members of staff who managed around £100m of bids each year- Regular pricing support of over 50 core products- Managing tender responses, planning and execution of successful negotiation & pricing strategies. - Meeting with clients to understand needs and using this to tailor pricing to ensure win-win results.- Helping sales teams to win new business and retain existing business through creative, innovative and tailored pricing solutions.My key client responsibilities included many of the top 10 Banks in the UK including Lloyds, Barclays, Tesco Bank and Virgin Money among others as well as many well known retail, financial services and insurance clients.

- Category specialist for Data and Marketing spend responsible for >£15m spend per year.- Project lead for eSourcing and online contracts - Delivery of multi-million pound annual savings- Delivery of global procurement change project

- Leading the iProcurement and Sourcing module gap analysis between the UK and USA procurement systems- Development of an end to end purchase to pay upgrade from Oracle 11i to R12.

4 month secondment to lead the transition of procurement processes and systems into Oracle.- Delivered cost savings of £150k and cost avoidance of £2m.- Day to day management of procurement activity- Management of c£4m of spend- Development and delivery of new procurement processes.

Managing and delivering change control projects including supplier liaison, Business Process Engineering, implementation and mitigation of risk. Concentrating on high value, high impact, cross-functional and cross divisional projects.Projects included managing the company car scheme, rollout of new mobile technology and domain name and brand management.
