A results-oriented manager with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills, and a dedicated cross-functional professional. I supervise large-scale USAID and United Nations humanitarian and development projects at both operational and programmatic levels. The complexity of contexts where I have delivered assistance has required flexible and adaptive administration, applying change management, and developing and monitoring strategic goals. Over the course of my international development and private sector career, I have spent 10 years in the field and HQ, and 20 years managing personnel. I continue to lead a more comprehensive understanding of the current and growing conditions that influence humanitarian assistance, development needs, and donor priorities, globally.
