Started my apprenticeship at BT in 2016 as a Network Engineer, completed my qualifications in 2019 and have been on the role ever since. Have broad experience and knowledge in IP Networking, Network communication technologies, IP routing, Network solutions. Also have plenty of experience with integrating and testing Nokia core routers, Huawei and Fujitsu service access nodes, and also for fitting various equipment to these devices.I am an enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed individual who is passionate about self-development and being the best version of myself I can be. Since joining BT, I have developed myself into a confident and professional individual, who always strives to uphold themselves to BTs core standards. I pride myself on my punctuality, my ability to manage multiple lines of work simultaneously and provide positive outcomes and results in each of those areas of work to satisfy end customer needs. As with most individuals, I know I always have room to further develop and improve myself as a professional, and this is something that keeps me motivated in my job day in, day out.Developing my career in BT is an aspiration of mine, to evolve myself as the company continuously changes to meet modern demands and expectations, I feel as though I need to push myself to do the same. I believe that in new environments with new challenges and obstacles, I flourish as an individual on a social and professional aspect.
