As a former Explorer Sergeant at San Mateo Police Department, I lead and mentor led a team of young adults who are interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement. Having been involved in this program for over three years, I have gained valuable skills in security operations, project management, communication, and teamwork.Prior to joining the San Mateo PD, I was a Sea Cadet and an Assistant Lead Petty Officer at the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps, where I learned about naval history, customs, and traditions, as well as leadership, discipline, and responsibility.Currently a student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science, with the goal of becoming a pilot.With a strong foundation in law enforcement and a passion for aviation, my goal is to combine my passion for flying with my dedication to law enforcement to contribute to the safety and security of our nation.
