Trained to work in every part of the business. Often took on floor manager roles in leading a team in the running of the kitchen(deciding what to make, when to make it and how much of it). Most enjoyable role for me was serving customers and helping them when there were any issues or complaints. Learned a lot about business as a whole here from staffing. Expenses, stock control, management of till handling etc.
