This position spanned a wide range of responsibilities including coordination and teaching online English courses, overseeing a college academic support center, one-on-one student assistance, and writing coaching. It also included non-academic responsibilities, such as creating and implementing data tracking programs, reports, and infographics; coordinating student events, and design of digital and print media resources.

This project involved creating a college-level, certificate program based around housing repair needs of the Yukon's First Nations communities - the Housing Maintainer Certificate program. A major part of the contract's responsibilities was to engage in a period of consultation where I traveled to all fourteen Yukon First Nations and spoke with chiefs, heads of education and housing, college campus heads, community liaisons, and housing workers; to understand the community needs.

This project involved the collection, organization, processing, and digitization of all adult basic education courses that had been created over the previous seven years for the Yukon College; and creating an easy to understand and navigate course format and organizational system. Through the duration of the contract, I was involved in a Yukon-wide hunt for digital and hard copies of academic work to compile in an intuitive, outward-facing database to be shared with other northern colleges.
