As an intern at Mauro Menezes & Advogados, my main responsibility is to draft legal briefs for superior and regional labor courts, as well as to analyze cases and appeals related to labor law, with emphasis on the superior courts, including TST and STF. I am also responsible for other activities that contribute to the success of the team of lawyers, such as selecting relevant case law and legislation, and reviewing legal documents. This experience has provided me with the opportunity to improve my research and writing skills, as well as to develop an analytical and strategic approach to dealing with complex issues, and to have broad knowledge of summary and procedural law in labor law.

During my internship at the Office of the Deputy Prosecutor General Raquel Dodge at the Attorney General's Office, my main activities included drafting advisory opinions on appeals within the scope of the STJ and analyzing processes and appeals related to criminal law in higher courts. This experience at the Federal Public Ministry provided me with the opportunity to develop technical skills in a demanding and constantly evolving professional environment, which helped me better understand and master procedural aspects.

During my internship at EBSERH, I worked as an assistant in the Legal Consultancy Service for Labor Law. My main activities included drafting legal statements aimed at guiding the higher management of the state-owned company, analyzing administrative processes, selecting applicable jurisprudence and legislation, as well as drafting normative guidelines.This experience provided me with the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in a professional environment, learning from an experienced and committed team. Additionally, I had the chance to participate in important projects such as the review of procedures and the creation of new guidelines for the organization.During this period, I improved my communication and negotiation skills, as well as developed an analytical and strategic approach to dealing with complex issues. The experience at EBSERH was essential for my academic and professional development, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a dedicated and competent team.
