 Process journal entries for all the Balance Sheet GL accounts.  Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as well as monthly reports as required. Support other areas by analyzing and examine accounting records in order to ensure accuracy and well supporting documentation. Collaborate extensively with other areas involve in the accounting process such as Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Accounts Payable; during the closing activities. Reconcile open items for the sub ledger GL accounts. • LATAM Shared Services support Costa Rica (Two Companies), Uruguay, Colombia and Mexico, among othersTemporary (From December, 2017 to May, 2018) Prepare Cash Flow and request funding as needed.  Review and approve Journal entries.  Support Global Treasury Team by performing payments and filling the daily files as required. Analysis of month vs month and year vs year Financial Statements trend variations. Prepare Annual Tax Return (D101), Sales Report and Annual Operations Report (Procomer). Assist during auditing requirements (Procomer).
