Working on another new project started 9/2017 in South end. This was a NHBC project on the sea front. It consisted of roof works , new brickwork , balconey works all new window and door works , flooring works , electrical works and ground works with drainage works.These were very challenging works 1/ Because we were beside the sea plus the weather played a big part. 2/ all apartments were occupied so movment of furniture and fitting was a must 3/ It was very hard to get the right labour on the job as it was so far away from base and our own contractors. This was a fairly new building about 10 years old with a lot of issues. Again we got the project out on time and this was the first job we won from a new client. Working on a new project started 7/2016 for the city of london. The refurbishment of a community Center which is a listed building. The works consisted of a complete fit out inside and new roof and glass. The time period for this job was very tight but got it out on time . The building brought in its own problems as it was built in the 1950s with poor workmanship and materials that was used in its construction were odds and ends from other projects in its area at the time. The building is now brought into the twenty first century the team from City of London were young , new and very helpful and pleasure to work with. Maybe one day we will all work together on another project as this one went so well. Thanks to all for there help in getting this over the line. Working at the UCLH Hospital putting in 3 no new lifts , asbestos removal new ceilings painting and decs on the 5th floor Install new storage cupboards in corridor and form new storage room in RLHIM building. Exterior works on this old listed building. Repairing roof, stone work, windows and brick work. Lots of work from the cliant so we must be doing something right. This is a very busy Hospital and H&S has to be the first prorityThe I.O.D building, Pall Mall exterior repairs and painting The works comprise the repairs and re-decoration of the exterior of the Institute of Directors including internal light-wells. Very busy area?? The building has a lot of character and is in a busy part of London. It was a big challenge to finish on time especially this late in the year and the British weather. Health and safety was the most important part of this job because it was very busy with tourists.
