CurrentI manage all aspects of multiple complex technical projects simultaneously, including nightworks, successfully achieving demanding margin targets by staying close to each project. I’ve built very strong relations with Sainsbury’s – I’m their key contact for all M&E projects - as well as working closely with Asda and M&S. Some of my notable achievements are:-on joining, turned around several failing projects, collaborating with suppliers and consultants to overhaul and establish robust systems which rebuilt stakeholder confidence--Supported and guided a PM to bring an important project back on track, increasing margins from single to double figures-Asked to manage a key account, developing strong relationships and credibility with this major supermarket chain through consistent hard work and dedication-Awarded additional responsibility for account managing Sainsbury’s M&E work streams-Built excellent relations with Argos; successfully completed 2 extremely fast-paced roll outs, achieving demanding targets under intense pressure-Completed 1st phase over 17 weeks in 134 stores as sub-contractor and 2nd phase over 4 weeks in 57 stores as main contractor, delivering very healthy profit margins-Completed Argos store roll out (106 stores, 11 weeks), enhancing revenues and optimising opportunities to increase margins and grow business-Project managing warehouse optimisation for 100+ stores, understanding complex scope and maximising efficiencies to significantly increase forecasted margins-Collaborating closely with Asda on full M&E scope to install Asian and Japanese street food counters, each generating higher than forecast margins-Creating and maximising relationships with new client M&S to develop business; managing several projects in London flagship and UK-wide stores-Initiating and developing new business with an industry leading retailer; quoting and winning 1st project, generating excellent revenue across construction and M&E
