In this role, I manage and develop relationships with existing and potential Distributors in line with the 3rd party distribution strategy in order to meet distribution targets. I have aligned distributor’s logistics infrastructure with the company requirements, study competitor strategy in each distributor’s area, develop strategies to improve our competitiveness and share with leadership, I develop and implement distributor management processes in the far East and develop strategies to support distributors minimize the cost of running business.

As a Sales Supervisor, my role involves managing the geographic area. I work with teams to identify market opportunities, implement standards that deliver sustainable growth in brand loyalty, volume and market share, thus achieving a competitive advantage and protect the corporate reputation of the company. While executing this role, I also deliver through 1) Identifying sales opportunities, 2) Planning for sales effectiveness, 3) Executing the sales plans, 4) Measuring and reporting sales performance, 5) Managing the regional teams.

In this role I also grew outlet database for beer from 90 outlets to 250 in Soroti and from 56 to 200 in Moroto. I conducted calls schedule, identified additional opportunities in the market and, generated orders from customers. I Conducted promotions of company products. Specifically, I innovated a promotional approach for affordable company brands that lead to volume growth of the products in Teso (Eagle Larger) and Monitored and audited competitor activities and conducted customer negotiations as required. I also maintained corporate image, good customer relationships and ensure that third party relationships optimized.

I established a depot for Rwenzori Bottling Company in Mbale previously not in the far East, Signed up distributors in different regions (Sebei, Busigu, Kraramoja and Teso) which increased the push numbers.I established warehouses as holding points for stocks while considering the Standard operating Procedures and signed in more corporate entities to have customized and branded water which increased pull numbers.I created outlet database for Rwenzori Bottling Company in the far East which model was adopted by other Sales Representatives.
