Produce and submit weekly Management Status Reports via Microsoft Excel to ensure locations are adhering to and maintaining performance schedules. Performing quality checks on Store and Status reports for presentation. Monitor Location Problem Reports to improve function so that performed processes achieve desired outcome while maximizing efficiency. Logging data for Asset Tracking and Funds Management Facilitate communication flow between locations and management to better serve HR and staff relations. Developing agendas to ensure proper communications between locations for monthly meetings. Scheduling/Time Keeping for eight different offices Supervise and/or approve all collection processes Facilitate all marketing decisions for the eight locations In charge of new employee hires, as well as any necessary employee termination decisions
