Managing market-leading clients on short or long-term studio hires, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky, managing everything from contract negotiation through to bookings, delivery team support and KPI attainment. Engaged in the comprehensive management of studio contracts, acting as first point of contact, partnering with production stakeholders (such as managers and technical staff) and handling client relations, complaints, problem solving. Additional involvement in budget management, and administration of estimates and invoicing.

Television Centre / Elstree Studios

Assisted the Procurement Manager in the planning of all of the business’ tenders and retenders, managing clients and suppliers, handling price negotiations, and overseeing the sourcing and purchasing of technical equipment.

Elstree Studios

Handled a wide range of support, organisational and operational duties, including determining requirements, raising purchase orders and purchasing necessary equipment. Collaborated as part of the broader team, and engaged in administration responsibilities including managing regular and accurate payment for all of the business’s freelancers.

Pinewood Studios

Built and maintained strong working relationships with Assistant Directors and Casting Directors, supporting casting for films, television and commercials. Led a team of Bookings Assistants, handling training and producing daily reports for the Managing Director.
