Model emphasised finding competitive employment within 30 days of candidate expressing they were 'job ready'.• 'Start to finish approach' which means that the same consultant took the candidate from the initial expression of interest through to being exited as an independent worker. This required knowledge of all facets of DES including booking Employment Service Assessment with Centrelink on behalf of the candidate along, liaising with Psychologist/Psychiatrist to attain required medical information for assessment, initial appointment, job plans, addressing barriers to employment ect.• Facilitating incoming enquiries, complete referrals, manage and report on a database of referrals.• Liaising with State Government management, occupational therapists and clinical psychologists.• Logging and tracking of client progression to coheir with NSW Mental Health guidelines. • Link clients to support services and provide information or time critical and acute situations.
