My job involves supplying a betting service through Unibet to customers by taking cash and card payments, making payouts and providing a high-quality face to face customer service experience to all customers.

My responsibilities for this role;I provide a key role in supporting store colleagues by making sure orders are assembled correctlyPicking and manually handling stock whilst maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with safely, quickly and efficientlyI make sure stock is received, stored, packed and transported according to the highest standards whilst taking responsibility for my own and others safety at work. Using tools provided and training material provided efficiently such as AMT scanners and using Mechanical Handling Equipment efficiently such as low-level order pickers and cages to complete orders before transporting to the correct locations Packing orders within a set time frame to ensure targets are met and ensuring all picking standards are met. It requires working both independently and as part of a team consistently whilst being flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail. The role requires a proactive approach when planning and to react positively to day-to-day challenges and problem-solving inside a very busy environment. Whilst working, reliability and punctuality is key as is the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment Being happy to go the extra mile is absolutely key and even more so right now due to the current COVID-19 climate.
