Current• Safety Inspection: Conduct daily safety inspection on all fleets and ensuring compliance to safely guidelines by all staff.• Customer Service Management: Establish trust in customer relations leading to an increase in customer retention. • Employee & Industrial Relations: Train and develop team members on safe operation of lift trucks, proper warehouse procedures and company policies.• Inventory and Cash control: Provide complete, timely and accurate stock reporting and cash expense retirement. • Revenue & Cost Management: Deliver expected revenue on site, ensuring Zero loss on Revenue.
