Three separate new auction platforms were developed, forward, reverse and clearing along with a SAT Feasibility Checker and multiple simulation platforms. AHLTA was the DoDs latest Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. o Sight surveys involved traveling to a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) with a team of technology and clinical experts to assess the technical and training needs of the facility o Worked with DISA and facility leadership to identify necessary hardware and network upgrades and then planned for the necessary materials to be delivered and planned installs.o Worked with the facility command and the clinical leaders to examine business process and training needs in response to the new system. I then worked with the program office and the facility command to plan and schedule the necessary upgrades and training.o MTF Deployments involved working with the base command and DISA to oversee network and hardware upgrades across the MTF. For Ft. Hood, oversaw the deployment of 2,200 end user and network devices and approximately 3 miles of fiber cable. Over this 11-year period, 8 doing hands on technical work, I consistently evolved in roles of increasing responsibility and authority. From business analysis, through being a programmer and DBA on a host of technologies ranging from COBOL and DB2 to Java and Oracle databases, to project and program management.
