I've been working with and building my own communities for nearly 4 years now and across the last year have began branching into more work in the esports industry.Through this time I've developed and improved my written and verbal communication skills, and has gained experience working with communities that loves games as much as I do. I've gotten to experience firsthand the challenges that come with Community Leader positions, such as communicating concise information to a large audience and taking criticism/community feedback appropriately. I've collaborated with other event organizers across LoL through various platforms and only grew more knowledgeable on what's needed to keep things professional and moving towards a goal.I've also used many of these skills built up to transition more into video production and social media management work as they are also passions of mine.I'm confident that I'm capable enough in the field of managing gaming communities to collaborate and communicate effectively to make me a strong candidate for any Community/Social/Content position for a company that shares the same values as myself.
