    • My role for 4 years was Citrix engineer for 1000+ user, multi-tenant XenDesktop\XenApp environment using VMWare as the hypervisor. I was the lead engineer from April 2015 to April 2016.• Citrix versions 7.6 MCS, 6.5 XA and 5.6 PVS. The gold images were using either Server 2008R2 or 2012R2.• I was the primary engineer on the Citrix migration from 5.6 to 7.6 using VMWare Converter.• The other tools used in the environment were MS Active Directory, Group Policy, setting up DHCP scopes for the client IP ranges, DFS and Powershell.• The ticketing system used was ConnectWise. When I started at TekLinks I worked in the Support Call Center for approximately 5 months before transitioning to the Citrix team.• I attained the Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization in 2014
