• Manage multiple customers with total annual spend of over 40 million dollars• Oversee customers’ forecasting and MRP through Vendor Managed Inventory system.• Serve as the main interface between the Customer, Sales, and Production within the demand fulfillment process. Performing all shipments from our Distribution Center through SAP• Responsible for order entry, confirmation, and change management (canceling and rescheduling)• Ensure on time delivery to customers based on orders and forecasts to achieve customer satisfaction• Provide order and delivery tracking information to customers• Early warning management from production/planning towards the customer in times where on time delivery will not be possible, to minimize the impact to the customer• Responsible for consignment stock setup, controlling (min/max levels and material turns), performance review with customer, and cutoff after contract termination• Responsible for monthly inventory reconciliation (comparing material receipts, consignment stock pulls, and inventory balances at the 3rd party warehouse against Infineon data), as well as doing inventory audits on customer site every 2 years

• Use market knowledge to strategically plan, negotiate, and coordinate each client’s unique supply chain• Continuously analyze and communicate current market conditions across continental America• Approve carrier financing throughout the day• Accept/Reject freight from customers as the market will allow• Provide leadership and support the company’s goal of promoting continuous improvement

• Schedule and route shipments in the most efficient manner as orders are processed from customers• Utilize the global network of C.H. Robinson so that the team can reach the most efficient method of service• Provide financially responsible transportation for each customer’s needs• Track and communicate updates for shipments each day• Continuously strive to achieve personal and team goals each month and year
