Responsibilities: *Design and implement new manufacturing cells.*Design and implement Tools, Jigs and Fixtures to ensure repeatable quality in manufacturing.*Implement Lean principles.*Use Industrial Engineering techniques to balance and optimize assembly lines.*Pro Process Assembly Methods, Test Procedures and supporting documentation. *EHS and Risk Assessments.*Assembler training.*Operations lead for new product development from concept to manufacture.*Ensure the best possible design for manufacture.*Lead for Process FMEA. *Team member for Design FMEA and User FMEA*Process Validation IQ/OQ/PQ.*Product transfer projects.*Support Engineering Change Control*Define testing requirements for new design changes and create test protocols.*Auditing*Calibration.*Project management.*Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of regulatory requirements (UL, FDA, IVD, ISO)
