• Recruitment - I would hold applicant interviews asking them a range of challenging questions where I would consider their application to work for Revolution.
• Inductions - successful applicants would work with me where I would show them health and safety procedures, a venue tour including fire exits and Assembly points the correct working conduct and safe working habits.
• Food operations - training company brand standards so that the service was at a very high standard on busy weeks of up to 10k.
• Bar operations - Organising the bars speed rails, back bars and stations set ups so that service was as fast and effective as possible.
• Finance - As an assistant I was responsible for the control of energy costs.

• Ensure all daily tasks are completed to a very high standard.
• Supervisor development - holding supervisor meetings where I would go though their workbooks looking for evidence in task completion and signing off when complete.
