Work with 50+ JV and Varsity Football and Varsity Track athletes to improve athletic performance in all aspects. We focus on speed, strength, explosive, and endurance training to help prevent injuries and strive to push the players athletic limits in a safe and effective way.

Personal trainer with 3000 hours of 1 on 1 and athletic performance training. Have worked with all types of clients including clients interested in weight management and strength development to state champion athletes.

Trained athletes as young as 8 years old all the way up to the collegiate level in athletic performance. Focused on technique, speed, power, strength and overall athletic ability for any and every sport. Over 8 years of experience combined with the highest quality equipment meant huge gains in athletic achievement for all of our athletes. Worked with athletes who needed basic coordination and locomotion work all the way up to the collegiate level. In my time here we had 30+ state champions (from a few different sports) go through our program.
