With over 14 years of experience as a physical education teacher and sports coach, I have honed my ability to adapt and wear many different hats. My journey in education and sports has been fueled by a passion for developing programs that make a difference, fostering relationships, and creating opportunities for growth and success.As a self-starter and creator, I have taken on roles that challenge and inspire me. I am currently the CEO of a U1 Sports, a youth sports organization and the President of a non-profit (Think U1 Inc.) dedicated to bridging the gap in access to quality education and opening pathways for student-athletes of color. These roles allow me to leverage my network, skills in program development, relationship building, and strategic planning to create impactful initiatives that empower young athletes.I am committed to creating inclusive environments where all students can thrive, both on and off the field.
