- Plan and supervise field E-line intervention operations in oil and gas wells within the Sub-Saharan African region.- Manage stakeholders, customers, and field team on high-profile field operations, Identifying potential leads for intervention and completions solutions in offshore/onshore facilities in synch with my commercial and solution sales team.- Write technical proposals for high-profile E-line intervention solutions that address customer challenges.- Mentor engineers and trainees on organizational values, policies, and targets by delivering hands-on training, supervision, appraisals, and cooperate motivation.- Enforce compliance with customer service quality and QHSE requirements.

- Anchor technical meetings, toolbox talks, base inspections, hazard hunts, and keeping abreast of related developments within the oil and gas space.- Team up with geoscientists, logging, production, and reservoir engineers to obtain well logs for production potential predictions.- Organize loadout preparation in line with specific job execution requirements. Develop, review, and adopt suitable mitigation strategies for identified operational showstoppers.- Asset tracking and stock management, Incident and equipment malfunction reporting, troubleshooting, redress, function-testing, and quality checks per standard requirement.- Technical reporting and documentation on operations and maintenance workflow.- Troubleshooting and redress of advanced electro-hydraulic robotics for downhole electric wireline operations.- Ensure compliance with Welltec and customer service quality and QHSE requirements.- Execute onshore/offshore field operations with world-class, technologically advanced downhole robotic oil and gas well intervention tools on electric wireline.

- Support base operations and assist with maintenance/repairs of Welltec equipment.- Prepare equipment and condition tools for wellsite mobilization in line with job execution requirement.- Support lead engineers in various offshore and onshore high-profile operations.- Assist with various job planning processes and participate in several systems integration tests in for multinational oil and gas clients.- Successfully led teams to perform several equipment compatibility checks various thirds party bases.- Maintain 100% QHSE compliance during wellsite and base operations.- Performed periodic asset management exercise and base inventory tracking.

My responsibilities on this role are shown but were not limited to:• Instrument calibration and certification, meter proving & meter linearity checks, and auditing of oil & gas metering facilities as per API requirements.• Coordination of metering & instrumentation projects and provision of technical support for various teams of field engineers on general metering and process instrumentation operations.• Calibration/maintenance of all GE related products {Panametrics, Druck, Pressurements, and Solatron densitometers} as well as autosamplers for numerous clients.• Adopted several techniques including Master meter methods & Water draw methods for pipe prover (prover loop) calibrations.• Calibration and certification various flow meter types using standard test measures and compact provers.• Tank Calibrations - Horizontal & vertical, road tanker calibrations, using optical strapping, internal floor (Bottom) survey water fill and dip verification, manual strapping and metering methods.• Various process instrument calibrations - Pressure gauges, inspection of orifice plate and fitting, Temperature gauges, Pressure transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Differential pressure transmitters, Automatic samplers, Chart recorders.• Coordinate monthly and quarterly QHSE meetings.
