Current•Direct and lead all IT and security operations, including infrastructure, systems, applications, and data management.• Develop and execute IT and security policies, procedures, and standards that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.• Plan, budget, and monitor IT and security projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement.•Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and security audits, and develop action plans to remediate issues and enhance security posture.•Implement security controls and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection, to protect critical assets and data.•Oversee incident response and disaster recovery activities, including investigation, containment, recovery, and reporting.• Collaborate with business units and external partners to identify and address IT and security needs, opportunities, and risks, resulting in improved alignment between IT and business objectives.•Design and implement security controls for a multi-tenant cloud environment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.• Mentor and train junior team members on cloud security, IT, and networking best practices, resulting in improved skills and knowledge team-wide.• Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and threats, and recommend innovative solutions and strategies to improve IT and security effectiveness.
