Successfully communicate with customers, shop for their groceries and substitute as necessary. Provide impeccable customer service to the customer, fellow shoppers and store employees. Ensure accuracy of the order, processing the order and keeping track of time to shop and deliver to ensure your on time for delivery. Ensure items are bagged properly and properly stored while in a vehicle to ensure no damage to the customers product they ordered. I’m responsible for the maintenance of my cold bags, clothing and vehicle for this position. I presently do between 25-40 shops per week.

As a technician I was responsible for a vast number of things. I managed the material transmittal logs, invoices, tool crib accountability, previous test material logs and storage. I was also tasked with putting together various small robotic arms for production of our material and have learned the basics in robotic computer programming for Mitsubishi RV-2AJ robots. I also have worked on smaller table top furnaces and kilns while conduction experiments with our new material. I have worked extensively with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Power Point.

My duties as an Electrician Apprentice include learning high voltage electricity systems. I learn to wire motors, install and wire conduit, lighting, light switches, power outlets, and other various electrical duties. I also do PM's (preventative maintenance) on HVAC systems, motor control systems, water pumps, large industrial air compressors and portable generators.

Performed facility and equipment maintenance duties, such as replacing guard rails, painting buildings, structures, gates equipment and other related items. Also changed light bulbs and door knobs. Performed lawn and grounds maintenance, including snow removal, maintaining sprinkler systems, pruning and mowing. Operated and used a variety of light equipment and tools such as lawn mowers, fork lifts, motorized man lifts, chain lifts, hoists, light trucks, drills, saws and other various hand and power tools to perform maintenance duties. I assisted in a variety of trades such as masonry, concrete, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical and mechanical trades. I also had training and experience in the knowledge of safety rules, practices, and procedures for working in and around industrial facilities and equipment, such as hazardous energy control, confined space training, personal protective equipment use, scaffolding, rigging, standard cleaning solutions, and chemicals. I also have knowledge of the proper uses and safe operation and care of equipment and common hand, power, and pneumatic tools such as grinders, drills, screw guns, saws, air compressors, power mowers, weed eaters, hand trucks, hedge trimmers, crowbars, shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and motorized chain lifts and hoists. I also have had to use mathematics to make proper measurements for projects. Physically I was required to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsible for the security of the Glen Canyon Dam, its government employees, fellow security guards and other various personnel working within the Glen Canyon Dam, a government critical infrastructure.

Duties include supervising the Boat cleaners and ensuring a proper job is done within a timely manner. Also responsible for making sure inventory is stocked and to remind the manager if we are short on supplies or equipment. Being mechanically inclined I also work on smaller mechanical projects on the boats and have done some work on boat engines and larger mechanical projects working beside the boat mechanics. Because of my attention to detail I was selected to be the lead on a project where I am cleaning all the generator and engine compartments and listing deficiencies with the hardware.

Managed, processed and organized all administrative functions and associated paperwork for a Mechanized Infantry Company consisting of over 130 personnel. Also responsible for over $150,000 worth of equipment. Responsible for daily stats for the company which were turned in to the Battalion Commander. Also responsible for the manning roster, which lets me know who is where, in what position and what positions need filled in which I was in charge of filling those positions. Typed out memos and paperwork for the commander, first sergeant and anyone else needing such paperwork. Also responsible for making sure school packets were turned in and properly filled out so Soldiers could go to military schools on time. Responsible for fixing pay problems with soldiers and their families. Was also appointed as the Company BOSS rep and Command Financial Specialist during my tenure.

Tracked, managed and facilitated the combat field of movement of a Mechanized Infantry Company. Included in these duties was casualty evacuations under hostile fire, along with command and control of the unit on the battlefield. I was required to work 7 days a week and 12 hours a day starting from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. During my tenure as a TOC NCOIC I was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for my performance as the TOC NCOIC and for facilitating the movement, set up and capture of several high value targets in one night.

During my tenure as a Infantry Squad Leader I was in charge of 9 men including myself. Included was the $1,500,000 worth of equipment, health, morale, welfare and training of the men under me. Was asked to lead missions with minimal supervision along with extremely difficult and dangerous missions which I accomplished with no problems. Being a Infantry Squad Leader at such a young rank and with as little experience as I had showed that my senior leaders had confidence in my leadership and decision making abilities. I was in charge of 2 Infantry Teams who were required to maneuver, suppress, engage and take out the enemy at any time. Also during my time in Iraq I was trained on all military communications equipment and excelled in the upkeep and accountability of equipment.

In charge of a Infantry Fire Team consisting of 4 total Soldiers including myself. I was responsible for $350,000 worth of equipment along with the health, morale, welfare and training of my Soldiers. During this tenure as a Infantry Team Leader I was trained to accomplish missions under highly stressful situations with deadlines and objectives. I was picked to perform this duty over several other candidates who were more qualified because of my leadership potential and will to succeed. Also I earned the rank of Sergeant/ E-5 while assigned as a Infantry Team Leader. Also during my tenure as a Infantry Team Leader I was awarded the Bronze Star with "Valor" device for actions against a armed enemy in April 2004 while involved in a 7 day battle known as "The Battle of Holy Week" from 7 April 2004 to 11 April 2004.
