This position supervises and participates in daily operations and monthly billing, customer service and revenue collection activities for the City Parking Services Department; and performs related supervisory, technical and clerical work as assigned. The incumbent works within a general outline of work to be performed, and develops work methods and sequences. Primarily serves as a project and department lead for Parking Services as current department has not had an Administrator or Deputy Director for 2 years.

Responsible for a range of day-to-day functions, including - administrative support, account management and service, invoicing, order tracking, operations and sales flow of the business, and provide exemplary customer service directly to clients. Work to improve processes and implementation; provide support for 'iParc' from setup to implementation and for any other new initiative. Served as the interim Operations Supervisor and trained as the Business Liaison.

Provide support to the organization by resolving outstanding credit card problems for all Staples Business credit card accounts. Must have a deep and professional expertise for researching, analyzing, responding and reversing credit card disputes to prevent or recover credit card chargeback losses and preventing incorrect invoice closeouts. Responsible for managing a Shared Service Operation (Staples Business Credit & Collections Credit Card Team) end-to-end; through the close and consolidation process. Manages credit card disputes for Staples Business Virtual Terminal application; approx. $120m+ in quarterly charges

Supports the Diversity Collections Group by monitoring the diversity Cybersource email box, incoming phone calls as well as performing miscellaneous activities that are essential to the success of the Group.• Process credit card submissions from Selected and/or SD Accounts• Have efficient knowledge and use of Virtual Terminal and Oracle to identify problems with remittances and/or credit card payments• Be proficient at articulating complicated reconciliation issues with the customer and have the ability to speak with the customers’ leadership team• Create & maintain productivity worksheets for Credit & Collection• Coordinate with credit analyst to prevent erosion in accounts• Teach and develop associates in Microsoft Excel (VBA, V-lookup, pivot table, etc.)
