HST served as a conduit into the NHS (National Health Services) in England, the oldest and second largest single-payer healthcare system in the world:­ -> HST provided all sourcing, analytical, and service line expertise for 800 NHS England acute care hospitals in the cardiovascular, neuro, and audiology clinical service lines.• Created and oversaw joint venture relationship between Vizient and Saudi German Health (SGH) to serve broader Middle East North Africa (MENA) healthcare marketplace, including the Ministries of Health in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt.

Led combined management consulting teams from VHA and MedAssets organizations following merger that created VAS. Served as managing partner over all VAS practice areas, including consulting in clinical, supply chain, strategy, pharmacy, labor, quality improvement, and all outsourced services.• Grew VAS into third largest healthcare management consulting firm in U.S. as reported by Modern Healthcare Magazine. • Expanded Vizient’s Enterprise footprint by developing new and improved analytics instrumental in identifying and quantifying additional financial and performance improvement opportunities for customers. • Scoped and proposed VAS components for Vizient commercial guarantees. Guided hundreds of revenue growth, cost management, and clinical margin enhancement projects for U.S. hospitals through extensive experience in performance improvement and resource management. Analyzed and utilized national, regional, and local patient databases, benchmarking, severity adjustment, and outcomes measurements. Oversaw all performance improvement and resource management commitments as well as all professional consulting staff working with customers.• As part of the management team, helped grow company from revenues of $70M annually and 250 hospital customers in 2003 to revenues of $800M with 4,000 hospital customers by 2014.• Grew MedAssets Advisory Solutions (MAS) to 1,000 staff members providing professional services in revenue cycle, clinical, supply chain, strategy, pharmacy, labor, advanced analytics, and MedAssets outsourced services.• Part of the management team that launched the IPO to evolve MedAssets (MDAS) as a publicly held company in 2007.• In November 2015, MedAssets was sold for $2.7B in two related transactions.

Served as founder and CEO of nationally known clinical service line consulting business. Created national patient databases, benchmarking and severity adjustment measurements, and improved performance measures for healthcare resource consumption. Sold company to MedAssets in Q1-2003.
