Designed and built a novel program to help formerly incarcerated individuals experiencing homelessness access social services and healthcare. The project goal was to reduce mortality and morbidity amongst this population, as well as rates of recidivism. Further, I developed a plan for care coordination for incarcerated individuals who will be receiving medications for addiction treatment (MAT) through Healthcare for the Homeless. Finally, I coordinated care for youth experiencing homelessness at Y2Y homeless shelter, as well as for those with complex health issues stemming from diabetes in the Healthcare for the Homeless respite facility.

Greater Boston Area

Assisted with weekly overdose prevention trainings at the Suffolk County House of Corrections in order to help reduce the rate of overdose in this population upon release from incarceration. We worked with 15 men who are incarcerated each week to educate them about the risks of substance use and ways to mitigate harm when using.

Seoul, Korea

Collaborated with Ringle co-founder in the early stages of the company to improve recruitment techniques and the tutoring applicant turnover percentage, as well as develop best practices for tutoring sessions. Responsible for tutor recruitment process at elite U.S. universities, resulting in the recruitment of over 300 total tutors.
