As a server at Dagwood's, I further developed my communication skills and became well-versed in customer service. I worked closely with other servers and the kitchen staff to create the best possible experience for our customers. My job responsibilities included seating guests, taking orders (both in person and over the phone), and entering orders and delivieries into the POS system. I also worked to ensure each customer was properly cared for throughout their experience and worked to rectify any issues that arose during their meal.

I stream on Twitch to a small community a few times a week. Usually, I play whatever game I am currently into at the time, but my mainstays for my channel are Ark: Survival Evolved and Halo: Infinite.I see streaming as an opportunity to both entertain people and to make a genuine difference. I practice kindness and have been trying to build a welcoming community.I built my computer and streaming set up from scratch based on a design that I created. I also created my own overlays and stream set up for a more customized and comfortable feel. Ultimately, I see streaming as an after-work past time where I can entertain people and give people a community where they feel safe to be themselves.

I returned to Cruser & Mitchell LLC to assist in data and document organization, and to serve as an extra set of hands for any tasks that attorneys wanted assistance with.I spend a lot of my time organizing large files, creating file systems, ensuring all files are filed properly, and updating electronic data to match the physical files. Additionally, I create new case files, both physical and electronic, and close case files when the lawsuit is finalized and all data is accounted for.I also assist in problem-solving, ensure case financial information is entered correctly, assemble case exhibits, and work with the attorneys and paralegals to accomplish any other task necessary.

As Lead Horticulturalist, I oversaw all operations and personnel related to horticulture. My primary goals were to increase plant weights by 25% and to increase throughput to 95%. I successfully increased plant sizes past my 25% goal, and was working to increase throughput at the end of my tenure.My crowning achievement at Kalera was the implementation of the nutrient amendment process. Nutrient amendments was a spreadsheet that allowed you to predict the current PPM of any ion we added during our nutrient additions. This allowed us to understand the current status of our farm to a higher degree, and helped us make informed decisions about nutrient additions to prevent toxicity, deficiencies, and shock.In addition to oversight, my role also included creative problem solving and collaboration. Indoor vertical agriculture is a relatively new industry, so discovering new problems is common. My time at Kalera taught me how to best approach problem solving in a team setting, and also provided me with the valuable experience of reaching out to experts in situations where I am unsure.Process improvement was also a priority of mine while I was Lead Horticulturalist. I believed that, by streamlining processes and improving our overall efficiency, my employees would have more time to dedicate to process improvements and problem solving with me. Collaboration is key to creating beneficial, long-term solutions.I maintained a JIT inventory management system for key horticulture products, and, when the supply chain crisis hit, I revamped our inventory and ordering system to maximize the amount of time we could operate without deliveries, in anticipation of a future shortage of any of the key products we used.

As the Hort III, I trained each new horticulture employee, managed and audited the daily tasks of the horticulture team, and assisted the Lead Horticulturist in problem solving and decision making. I also lead four successful trials for prospective products during my tenure.After a new employee was hired, I would train the new horticulturist in each task. I was given an outline of skills to teach, but was allowed to teach each employee in the manner I felt they understood best. After the employee completed their training, the employee was assessed by the Lead Horticulturist. I trained 8 employees and 100% of my trainees passed their final assessment.I also created the daily task list at the beginning of each week, assigning each member of the horticulture team duties that best fit their talents and abilities. I allowed employees to give input in order to best assign duties that fit each person, and the result was finding that each employee was specialized in their own area. Specialization helped us to increase our efficiency in completing daily tasks, allowing us more time to research and find ways to increase plant health and yield.Finally, I assisted the Lead Horticulturist in problem solving and decision making. While the Lead ultimately made the final decision, we created a beneficial working relationship where we trusted each other's advice and both worked together for the success of the company. We both felt comfortable bouncing ideas off each other, and the Lead felt comfortable enough to allow me relative leeway when managing the team. Together, we increased yield by up to 50% (variety specific) and decreased disease pressure by 30%.

I continued my career with Kalera as a Hort II, progressing into taking care of the plants and correcting parameters. My main duties were nutrient additions, nursery care, and transplanting germinated plants into the nursery for further growth. Additionally, I adjusted the light schedule for the plants, verified proper functionality of key equipment (such as lights) daily, managed pH and acid dosing, and logged key climate data, such as temperature, humidity, and VPD.Adding nutrients required knowledge of basic chemistry and the usage of proper safety protocols and PPE. I worked with multiple hazardous chemicals and fertilizers, such as a nitric acid solution, hydrochloric acid, soluble Iron and Ozone.Additionally, I took basic measurements using tools like a photometer and pH meter. I measured pH, electrical conductivity (EC), dissolved oxygen (DO), total dissolved solids (TDS), free chlorine (FC), and Ozone (O3) daily. I also measured climate, including leaf temperature, ambient temperature, absolute humidity, relative humidity, and VPD. In select cases, I also measured plant weight and light intensity.I also transplanted plants that were ready for the nursery stage into the nursery using an order picker. As a Hort II, the nursery was one of my primary tasks, and I also watered and drained the nursery daily. I worked with maintenance to fix clogs, leaks, and supply issues promptly and coordinated with the Lead Horticulturist if I encountered any issues I could not solve myself.Finally, I performed fogging once a week, using an order picker and ensuring I followed the proper safety protocols and wore the proper PPE.

I started my career with Kalera as a Horticulturist I (Hort I). My duties consisted of crop monitoring and removal, data collection, troubleshooting, and problem solving. I was scissor lift trained for this job and used a scissor lift for 7 hours each day.Crop monitoring consists of looking at each plant for any signs of disease, deformity or irregularity. Unmarketable crops were to be removed from the growing system promptly, and I was to identify the issue, remove the plant, fix the issue if possible, and then log each plant by variety and the reason it was scrapped. Logging the scrap reason allowed the Lead Horticulturist to see trends on why plants were being scrapped so that he could make an informed decision on how to increase throughput.During my time as a Hort I, I went from knowing nothing about plants and hydroponics, to living and breathing them. I learned how to identify different diseases and deficiencies, how certain diseases spread within hydroponics, and the ins and outs of how indoor hydroponics worked. It was hard work, and I removed upwards of 600 plants some days, but it was an enjoyable learning experience. My hard work in this position led to me being promoted to Hort II and fostered my love for plants.

After my promotion, I took over all mixing and mastering duties. I also ran each recording session myself. I enjoyed meeting the artist and setting up the feel of the room for each individual. I am knowledgeable about studio set up, sound proofing, and troubleshooting audio issues. I have some experience with FL Studio, Ableton and Logic.Most of my work is with hip-hop or rap vocalists, but I am willing and eager to learn new things!

I began my career as an engineer by running recording sessions solely. The head studio engineer typically would sit in and supervise me, assisting me as needed. We worked together for a few months as I learned how to engineer for someone other than myself, and he taught me how to properly run a successful session with a client.

During my time at PVR, I assisted the main data analyst mainly by performing data clean up, basic analysis and data visualization. I also helped to create surveys based on measuring customer's preferences, and I assisted the company by serving as an assistant during multiple trials. During my time at PVR, I gained full picture understanding of the market research process, working each step from survey creation to data visualization.Clients included Chik-fil-a, Moe's, Proctor & Gamble, Bayer, Arby's, Dominoes, Jamba, and many more.As a data analyst, I mainly performed data clean up and trend analysis. I spent a lot of time in excel, and I become proficient in popular functions such as VLOOKUPS and logical functions. After analyzing the data, I also created data visualizations in Powerpoint. These slide decks were sent to the client for review at their board meetings.I also assisted in survey creation, mainly using Qualtrics. I became proficient in using Qualtrics to design surveys, and also in extracting data from Qualtrics after the trials were completed. By the end of my time at PVR, I could design a survey in Qualtrics, help run the trial, extract the data from Qualtrics, analyze the data, and present it in an appealing way for a management team to use to make important business decisions.

I assisted the school's data analysis professor in creating lesson plans, slide decks, and homework questions. In order to prepare for the next semester, I read two and half textbooks and summarized an annotated them. Afterwards, I created detailed slide decks per chapter for each textbook.I also gained practical knowledge in using R Studio. While creating the slide decks and homework problems, the best way to verify the problems were correct was to do them myself. Therefore, I practiced R Studio each day as part of my process of verifying my notes and homework solutions.

I monitored the computer lab during my specified shifts to ensure no property was stolen or damaged. I opened or closed one of the computer labs on campus most nights, and I used the time to brush up on my knowledge of computers and work on my homework.

I worked to resolve minor issues in computer labs and with faculty computers. During my time as a PC Repair Technician, I spent a lot of time learning, and was required to pass one new certification test each year. I earned certifications in Microsoft Word and IT Fundamentals and was working to earn my A+ certification when I decided to transition to a different role.I have extensive experience with troubleshooting basic computer and peripheral issues, including scanners, copiers and printers. Additionally, I used this knowledge to build my own PC and have furthered my knowledge in my own time.

During my time as an intern at Cruser and Mitchell, I spent a lot of time shadowing lawyers, attending depositions, and taking notes for attorneys. I worked closely with the managing partner, Mr. Bill Mitchell, and conducted an independent research assignment for him regarding race and police shootings.I worked on several cases and completed whatever tasks was necessary. I built a lot of case exhibits, took notes and summarized documents for attorneys, and worked with attorneys to find creative solutions to case problems.

My main job responsibilities were to greet guests at the door, seat customers based on server rotation, and assist servers in cleaning off and setting up tables when the restaurant was busy.I learned to work with a variety of people in this role, while also learning to always treat the customer politely, no matter how they treat you.
