My role as project engineer is to liaise between the project manager and the technical disciplines involved in all new project on the VOPAK. My responsabilities include schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. I'm responsible for the performance management of vendors, accuracy of financial forecasts, which tie-in project schedules, ensuring projects are completed according to project plans, managing project team resources developing project management experience. I have two main responsibilities as project engineer that are inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work.
