While still studying I jump, as an intern, to the automotive industrie for the R&D manufacturing metals team. As a PML manager intern, develop my skills for KPI management, finance and budget tracking, for new programs. This help me to understand the system and develop abilities from Microsoft office to head count and time management. Within a year as an intern, finishing my degree on mechatronics engineering, I was gave the opportunity to develop inside the same company, but now as a process engineer.For over more than 4 year as a process engineer I was able to develop machines, including ultrasonic riveting, fastening, metal-mechanic riveting, spot and projection welding, regular assembly. During almost 2 years I worked as Program Manufacturing Leader, leading green field activities at the new facility, this gave me full responsibility of a complete process line, including planning and executing new process implementation, for tip of the spear seat on Faurecia (Forvia)Currently, I am leading as the industrial manager for the North America most important plant inside they company. I’m not afraid on taking risks and give always the most of myself, learning the most as posible in this process. Definitely not define by a position or a title, new experiences and challenges will always be fruitful, team work and reliability are the key words in my work environment. Climbing is my passion, it has gave me a strong confidence, reliance and controlled mind. Philosophy has become a huge deal on my life, questions will keep popping! Always improving, always challenging myself.
