The main reason for our tremendous success is that 90% of our clients say they hate to shop and/or don’t have time, the other 10% love our concept because of our designs and unique fabric selections. We've identified the following benefits over the years as the main reasons why our clients do business with us: - Upgrading: Most clients tell me that over the last 5-10 years they have upgraded their standard of living, but their clothing has been left behind so they are looking to bring their clothing up to a similar level of quality. Fit: When clothing fits properly it feels more comfortable, looks great & will keep its shape, therefore making it last longer. Choice: I have 1000s of suits in your size, exactly the way you like them. If you like small touches of individuality or just want the details to be right and consistent, we can do it. We have 100’s of shirts in any style of collar & cuff you like, all here in your own office. Advice: Most clients want advice on their best colours, patterns & styles; others just want me to give them what they want. Either is fine with me, I just want you to feel more confident and get more compliments about your clothing. The only things I charge for are the actual clothing & services such as alterations, dry cleaning & repairs. My consultation is free, at the first meeting I take 5-10 minutes to explain what I do & how I do it. If you like the concept, great, we'll take an extra 20-30 minutes to pick out fabrics and take measurements. If you don't find any benefits I'll be out of your door within 15 minutes!
