For the last 10 years I have been working in the healthcare field as an optician. I have learned the importance of not only paying attention to the details, but the importance of listening to the customer. Customer service is important to me. Having a conversation with someone that covers not only what they want, but what they need, and finding the best solution is something I take pride in. I am looking to continue my career in the IT field. I feel that with my background of customer service and problem solving, I will be able to help my new coworkers and company succeed.
