I have been a working IT professional since early 2014 when I started an internship with Cradlepoint. At the time their IT department did not have a position for an Intern but after two in person interviews, first with the manager and then with the team, they created a position and brought me on. Since then I have carried the hardworking spirit, quick learning mindset, and tenacity that convinced them to hire me into every position since then. In recent years this mindset has elevated me to a level of IT knowledge most other technicians do not have. with helping my employer dig themselves out of 60 years of bad device management, service accounts spread across many invoices, terrible network management, no ticketing system, no wireless networking, and a wide spread of other issues resulting from 60 years of technical dept. Aside from expanding my technical knowledge I have also been able to expand my leadership skills by taking on the team leader positions within the department and learning how to interact with the organization to provide them with the best solutions based on their needs.I'm looking for a similar opportunity of growth where I can step into a high level technician or team leader role and help create an exemplary and efficient IT department.
