Extensive travel to automobile dealerships to implement processes for the Service Departments to obtain profitability. Performing Assessments to determine the current level of profitability and establish benchmarks and processes to reach higher profitability. Conduct Management Seminars, Service Advisor Seminars, Market Surveys, Establish Variable Labor Rates, and many other processes.

Daily operation of Service Department for the following car lines, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche and Volkswagen. Maintain Liaison with factory representatives for all car lines
