About Daniel Quezada

I am a recent graduate and Hodson Trust Scholar at Johns Hopkins University, where I earned a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino Studies. I have a long-standing interest in international human rights-- with a particular focus the development of the rule of law in emerging democracies. My involvement in the international studies campus community at JHU earned me the Pier Larson Prize for all-around achievement in international studies upon my graduation in May 2024.While my academic coursework has focused on Latin America, my intellectual interests span the globe. As I chart a course forward from graduation, I am looking for new opportunities to apply my values and coursework toward a career in public service.
