Post Merger Integration expert with a career spanning 30 years with a proven track record in client delivery supported by an extensive technical background. As Head of M&A Integration for Endava I currently manage a small dedicated global team who have successfully delivered more than a dozen integrations of companies with people located in over 25 countries.During this time we have developed the Endava Business Integration Playbook which provides an accessible and predictable framework for managing our integration of M&A’s.Since moving to the UK and starting at Endava in 2006 I have performed in a number of roles managing large clients, teams of client managers as well as running Endava’s Managed Services and founding the Service Delivery before moving into the world of M&A.Prior to this I was focused on my technical and technical management skills working for a number of tech and finance companies in Australia culminating in my role as Technical Infrastructure and Support lead for an online bank.
